Centralized supply and return system for cutting fluid, filtration and purification

There are two types of circulation methods for cutting fluid: single-machine filtration and centralized filtration. Single-machine circulation filtration means that the filtration system of each machine tool is independent. The single-machine circulation filtration system is generally included with the machine tool when it leaves the factory, and it is usually relatively simple with low filtration accuracy, which can only meet the production requirements of low-precision bearings and cannot meet the needs of high-precision and low-noise bearings. This independent filtration and circulation method is generally suitable for working conditions where the number of machine tools is small or different cutting fluids are used. For large mechanical processing plants using wet processing, centralized filtration is recommended. The centralized filtration system is the trend of modern wet processing filtration. Compared with the single-machine circulation system, the advantages of centralized filtration are as follows:

1) Small footprint: A large centralized filtration system takes up much less space than single-machine filtration.

2) Easy to manage: The number of points for adding cutting fluid is reduced, which can cut down the number of cutting fluid management personnel. Waste cutting fluid can be treated centrally, causing less environmental pollution. The discharged iron chips are concentrated, which is convenient for transportation and disposal. The usage status of cutting fluid can be detected centrally.

The cutting fluid is transported to the machine tool or automatic production line through the workshop's liquid supply pipeline, and the chips are flushed into the liquid return system. Under the action of the pressure nozzle, the chips and emulsion flow back to the filtration system through overhead pipelines or underground pipeline systems. The emulsion in the filtration system first undergoes rough filtration in the scraper sedimentation tank, and the larger chips are sent to the chip collection box by the scraper conveyor. Then the emulsion is finely filtered by the negative pressure filter, and the purified liquid after two times of filtration is sent back to the workshop by the pump set again. The liquid supply pump set of this system adopts variable frequency constant pressure liquid supply technology to ensure the stability of the supply pressure and flow rate of the entire filtration system. When the number of equipment using cutting fluid in the workshop changes, the pressure in the pipeline will also change, the pressure sensor will send a signal, and the pump set will automatically adjust the flow rate to keep the pressure in the workshop pipeline system constant. The liquid preparation system consists of a liquid preparation tank, a liquid preparation pump, corresponding pipelines and regulating valves, and can automatically prepare liquid according to the set values. The aeration device regularly aerates the liquid tank to inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria and effectively extend the service life of the cutting fluid. The oil removal device automatically removes the floating oil on the liquid surface to avoid corrosion of the cutting fluid by the floating oil. The system is equipped with a liquid level detection system, which automatically detects the liquid level and outputs signals. It is also equipped with an automatic water replenishment function to automatically replenish water to the system. The electrical control has four modes: manual/automatic/semi-automatic/holiday cycle to meet the usage requirements under different working conditions. During factory shutdowns and holidays, to prevent the cutting fluid from standing for a long time and going bad, the system is equipped with an additional recirculation pump. After the system stops running, select the holiday cycle mode on the control panel, and the system will automatically start the recirculation pump to keep the cutting fluid flowing, which can effectively inhibit bacterial growth and greatly extend the service life of the cutting fluid, achieving the purpose of cost saving.

The centralized cutting fluid filtration system centrally supplies and centrally treats the grinding fluid in the production workshop, and can centrally filter, remove oil, aerate and sterilize the cooling liquid, so as to control its concentration, pH value and colony count, thereby ensuring that the cooling liquid does not deteriorate and extending its service life. The centralized filtration and cyclic use of cooling fluid can reduce production costs, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the workshop working environment and reduce environmental pollution. At the same time, it can also realize the centralized treatment of waste cooling fluid, further reducing environmental pollution. More importantly, the centralized cooling fluid filtration system keeps the quality of the cooling liquid stable for a long time, ensuring the needs of bearing ring grinding processing.

The centralized supply and filtration system for grinding fluid has great popularization value. Although the one-time investment is not large, the resource saving effect is obvious, the social effect is good, and the requirements for workshop transformation are not high.
